Due to changes in the arrangements for the handling of NHS complaints we anticipate that from April 2009 there will be an increase in the number of enquires and complaints that come to us. We have therefore developed a new Deputy Director role, which provides an exciting opportunity for us to build our leadership and management capacity. To be successful, you will need a track record of operational management and effective performance management in a pressurised, customer focused environment. In addition, you will have strong analytical, judgment and decision making skills and be able to move between the big picture and detail. You will also have knowledge and understanding of the work of central government or the NHS.
