of this poster have been circulated to all Chief Librarians in the UK
and Republic of Ireland, who have been asked to arrange for it to be displayed
in libraries.
Since internet access is now available to the public in many libraries, it is hoped that the poster will help to draw attention to the services provided by Ombudsmen and complaint-handling bodies.
Copies are available (in A3 and A4 sizes) free of charge from the Secretary.
